A: Most of our underwriters operate from Monday to Friday. You can therefore put a call through to the MD\CEO who will get across to the relevant account officer or underwriter so that the claim can be registered.
Q: Do you have an after hours e-mail service?
A: Yes, info@pathwaybrokers.com . Our regular office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays. In many cases you will find staff present before and after our regular opening hours.

Q: What should I do if I know there will be a monthly payment problem?
A: Please call your customer service representative as soon as you know there may be a problem. We can help if it is caught early enough.
Q: What policy form do you recommend? Third party or Comprehensive?
A: As insurance professionals we always recommend the best form of coverage possible. When it comes to property insurance we recommend the Comprehensive policies. Q: Can anyone drive my car? What happens if there's an accident?
A: Any qualified, licensed operator, with your permission, can drive your vehicle and be insured under your policy. We wish to point out that this person will be driving with your insurance and your good driving record.If they have an accident it could seriously affect you. However, you are indemnifiable by the underwriter. |
