MAYOWA AGBEDE, MD/CEO (CPA, AMNIM)
Mayowa Agbede is a graduate of accountancy from the prestigious Kaduna Polytechnic where he obtained his HND in Accountancy (Upper Credit), and later Edo State University where he obtained his masters in Business Administration (MBA).
He has worked in the then Allied Bank of Nigeria Plc, Zaria; Banex Industries, Isolo, and later the Budget and Planning Dept of The Group Public Affairs Division of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation. (N.N.P.C) Before incorporating Pathway Insurance Brokers where he is the Managing Director, he was the Group Head, Admin & Finance Of TransGlobal Insurance Brokers Limited.
His ingenuity, vision, resourcefulness and cost consciousness transformed the company from a “no branch” position to the opening of branches in Abuja, Asaba, Benin, Calabar, Port Harcourt and Kano with the Head- Office in Victoria-Island, Lagos .
He has attended series of courses and seminars and he qualified as a certified public Accountant (CPA) in 2000.He is also an associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
He is married with children.
OLOGUNTERE AMOS OLU, ABUJA BUSINESS MANAGER
Mr. Ologuntere Amos is a graduate of Accountancy from the Lagos State Polytechnic Isolo where he had his HND in Accountancy in 1997.
He started his working career with Awore Computers where he was the Accountant and later National Co- operative Insurance Society Limited as senior marketing supervisor.
His performance here earned him the best marketer for the year 2000, 2001 & 2002.His quest for greater challenges took him to capital Co-operative Investments Limited where he was the Group Head, Finance & Investment. An astute and intelligent fellow.
Mr. Ologuntere is a member of the Institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria is married.
BUSAYO OLUSUSI, GROUP HEAD, FINANCE & ADMIN
Mr. Busayo Olususi is a graduate of the University of Ilorin from where he grabbed a degree in Finance.
An articulate, dynamic and aggressive fellow who has a knack for excellence, he has had tremendous experience in the financial and the non-financial sector of the economy. He has attended series of courses within and outside the shores of the country.
He is a certified financial consultant and a member of the institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Busayo James Olususi A qualified accountant with excellent financial and interpersonal skills, which he has developed with experience of working in challenging roles. He is a self-motivated individual who performs well under pressure and gives whole-hearted commitment to assigned tasks and display a high degree of tenacity and resilience when facing difficult situations.
He brings with him experience from Barclay Bank PLC, Immaculate System, Care At North London Ltd.,
Afro Media Uk Ltd. London, Plural Ventures, Abia State Board of Inland Revenue Nigeria.
